Virginia Trip - Day 4

The final full day was filled with more of the same fun.  The night time concert became classic when Anna became a full-fledged performer and ended up singing a duet with Logan.  Not to be outdone, Brooklyn sang "So You Had a Bad Day" and had the crowd rolling.  We then had one last hurrah riding the bull.  It was much more of a success than last year - Mae, Anna, and Brooklyn all got on.  Sure they needed escort, but at least they got on and even let it move!  It was a great last day!

Looks like they need a driver

It's too early for swim time, so these cousins are just dipping their feet in

A walk across the bridge

Concert time!

Non-stop entertainment

She has many talents

Mae, microphones, and crowds don't usually mix - we'll take it!

But the next kid?  "Happy Anna" and EVERYTHING seems to mix!

Sister Duet

Duet to "Just the Way You Are" -Bruno Mars

Anna had to get a least one "tickle tickle" in during the performance - she just can't resist tickling poor Logan

And then it was Brooklyn's turn

Thankfully her talking voice and her singing voice don't sound anything alike

Today was definitely not a bad day!

Brooklyn didn't know the popular trend of the family was to be scared to get on

She had more fun than this picture depicts

Now THIS was progress!

So We Danced Anyway

Even with a bum leg - it didn't slow Mae down from wanting to dance.  Mae and Anna love to dance - they even moreso love to dress-up and dance! -T

High energy!

Sometimes they just keep going and going

Taking a bow - and a curtsy - Anna's curtsy needs a little work

Gma and Gma-G

Grandma Great was in town and the girls got some quality fun time with her and Grandma.  They never could get a 4 generation picture though. -T

Puzzles and Grandma - life is good.

She put the hair thing in herself!

3 out of 4 generations - I guess you can say 4 generations if you count the person taking this picture - unless Anna took this then it remains 3 out of 4.

Same deal with this one and maybe Mae taking the picture

Definitely 4 generations with the person taking the picture for this one - how 'bout a picture with a timer next time ladies?!

Home Fun

Mae learned how to draw a smiley face.  Anna likes to play in the room with the chalkboard as well.  Could it be that they will start to play together consistently soon?

Not bad!

Mae and Anna

Just happy to be there

The Genius of Mom

Mom always claims to be a "problem solver" not a creative person.  Well, in her attempt to solve the problem of entertaining Mae, she becomes pretty creative. -T

Making a gator mouth

Drawing them teeth
Mom also made a hippo which Mae drew pictures on and said, "Mom, I drew a panda."  Cute.

Hippo!

Finding Her Interests

Sometimes I like to do what the girls are interested in.  You can tell their interests at this age, right? -T

Maybe she wants to by a cyclist...or just use the bike to get in shape for...

...oh, man!  She's going to be a hoopster!  (And her sister a cheerleader standing on the baseline...well, she'll probably be dancing on the baseline)

Hanging on the rim will get ya a "T," Anna!

She likes it.  Wait, she likes it, right?
